I just wanted to express how grateful I am that we were put in contact with your company, Your Healing Touch, when my mom was sent home from the nursing home. From the first day to the last, you have gone above and beyond to take good care of her. For anyone who may read this, trying to decide if they should choose your company to take care of their loved ones, I would say YES. Of course, over the period of 2 1/2 years there were some issues, those are the things that happen with ANY company. The difference was in the way those issues were handled.
Your customer service, in my opinion, was top notch. I could not have asked for anything any better. The aides that primarily took care of her, loved her like she was a part of their own family. They took care of her, talked with her, laughed with her, and in the end, cried for her.
My name is Kazem my wife was an ALS patient that Your Healing Touch cared for her till she died on March 28,2020. I write to express my deep appreciation for the care she received in her difficult years fighting with this devastating disease till her last day in this world. the staff were wonderful.
